You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be legally prohibited from participating in online gaming activities due to any court order, bankruptcy proceedings, or other legal restriction.
Each player is permitted to maintain only one account with haka55. Creating multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. If haka55 detects multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended, and any funds or winnings will be forfeited.
To create an account with haka55, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if any changes occur. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these terms.
haka55 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to comply with regulatory requirements and prevent fraud. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as your KTP or Indonesian national ID card), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and a selfie photograph for identity verification. Verification is typically required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time thereafter. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any other individual to use your account or to place bets on your behalf. haka55 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and approved e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status.
Deposits made via bank transfer during normal banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB) are typically processed instantly within 5 minutes. Deposits made outside banking hours or via certain e-wallet providers may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account balance. haka55 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method and account from which the deposit originated, unless otherwise approved by haka55 in exceptional circumstances.
Withdrawal requests are subject to internal review and processing times of 1-24 hours, depending on your account verification status, payment method, and the amount requested. VIP players may be eligible for expedited withdrawal processing. haka55 reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced verification before processing large withdrawals.
All funds deposited into your haka55 account must originate from a legitimate source that is legally owned by you. haka55 prohibits the use of funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any illegal source. We reserve the right to investigate the source of your funds and may request supporting documentation at any time.
haka55 may offer various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to players from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available only to players who have completed account registration and KYC verification. haka55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude any player from participating in promotions if we reasonably believe that player has violated the promotional terms or engaged in fraudulent activity.
All sports bets placed on the haka55 platform are subject to the specific rules governing each sport and market type. Settlement of bets is based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body for each sport. In the event of a postponed, abandoned, or cancelled event, haka55's standard betting rules will apply. Detailed betting rules for each sport (including football, basketball, badminton, MotoGP, e-sports, and others) are available on request.
All casino games, including live dealer tables, slots, and RNG-based games, are provided by licensed third-party game providers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) algorithms or live dealer action. haka55 does not control or influence game outcomes. Disputes regarding game results should be directed to our customer support team for investigation.
In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical issue that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, haka55 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to your account. This applies to both sports betting markets and casino games. You agree that haka55 shall not be liable for any loss of potential winnings arising from technical malfunctions.
Each game and betting market has minimum and maximum stake limits, which may vary depending on the sport, league, game type, and your account status. haka55 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice. VIP players may be eligible for higher betting limits.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the haka55 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
Players found to be engaging in any prohibited activity will have their accounts immediately closed, and all funds (including deposits, winnings, and bonuses) will be forfeited. haka55 reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to the appropriate authorities.
While haka55 strives to provide uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, server issues, network problems, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). haka55 shall not be liable for any loss arising from service interruptions.
haka55 relies on third-party service providers for game content, payment processing, and other essential functions. We are not responsible for any errors, delays, or failures caused by these third-party providers. Disputes regarding payment processing should first be directed to the relevant bank or payment service provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, haka55's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount you deposited into your account in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. haka55 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. You accept full responsibility for your gambling decisions and agree that haka55 shall not be liable for any gambling losses you incur. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (subject to satisfaction of wagering requirements and verification) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.
haka55 reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance, pending bets, and bonus funds may be forfeited. haka55 will notify you of account closure via email to your registered address.
Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations serving the Indonesian market. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration or the competent courts having jurisdiction over haka55's operations. By using the platform, you waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
